����The conference considered and passed the work report made by Liu Jianhua, the president of the 9th Council of CPA, as well as the financial report, the Constitution of China Association of Ballad and Mental Arithmetic (Revised Draft), and the Measures for the Management of Membership of China Association of Ballad and Mental Arithmetic. The General Assembly elected the directors, executive directors and leadership of the 10th Council of CPABC, and Ou Wenhan was elected as the president of the 10th Council of CPABC. 

����Mr. Liu Shangxi, Secretary of the Party Committee and President of China Academy of Financial Sciences, and Mr. Guo Shuchun, researcher of Institute of History of Natural Sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences, delivered speeches respectively.
